Free Shinrin Yoku Walks for Mental Health Awareness Week

This years theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is Nature and the Environment. To support this week we have organised free Shinrin Yoku walks all around the country, lead by our qualified forest guides. The week runs from 10th to 16th of May. Shinrin Yoku has been proven to help with anxiety and depression and we encourage anyone who feels this may benefit them to join on one of our walks.
