what to expect
✓ Courses start in the GP practice and move into easily accessible nature nearby
✓ Small facilitated groups (8-10 people) offer a safe, friendly space where you can go at your own pace
✓ Sessions are accessible and welcoming – you can sit, rest and take part in ways that feel comfortable for you
✓ You don’t need any special kit – we have rain coats to borrow and you don’t need transport
✓ Sessions last 2.5 hours and happen every week for 6 weeks
✓ Many participants say the techniques they learn continue to help them long after the programme ends
