Forest bathing and Compassionate Mind Training have much in common. Both are inspired by contemplative philosophies and heavily feature Mindfulness, and both aim to slow us and down and help us transition more quickly and easily from our fight/flight system to rest and digest. Kirsten will share the findings from my Research which assessed a combination of the two approaches and share what this combination looked like.
